Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of products by AUDVIDS Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) to the purchaser (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms.
2. Product Scope
The Company deals in surveillance, audio-visual, networking equipment, and accessories. Product specifications may change without prior notice. Images are for representation only.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are in INR and exclusive of prevailing and applicable GST and other additional charges unless specified. Payment must be made in advance or as agreed. Accepted modes include Bank Transfer, UPI, and authorized payment gateways.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. Cancellation is only allowed within 15 days of order placement. Customized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are indicative. The Company is not responsible for delays due to logistics or external factors. Risk transfers to the Customer upon dispatch. Damages must be reported within 24 hours. Shipping back damaged products will be sole responsibility of the customer with equipment in original packing at their cost.
6. Installation & Support
Installation is chargeable unless specified. The Customer must ensure site readiness including broadband network and stable power. Installation and any other Additional work will be charged separately including boarding, lodging and other support charges.
7. Warranty Policy
Products are covered under manufacturer / OEM warranty only. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, liquid damages or electrical malfunction.
8. Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products within 48 hours. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
9. Liability Limitation
The Company is not liable for indirect damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks and materials belong to the Company or respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen events like natural disasters , pandemics, government restrictions and public policies.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Indian law and subject to Jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
13. Amendments
The Company may update these terms without prior notice.
